Mountain Mike's Pizza

I ordered online for pick up was charged $50 and when I go to pick it up the store is closed at 1130 pm? No sign informing reason of being closed early and of course no answer when I call. Why allow me to order and take me money if you’re closed without explanation? And I’m sure I’ll be refunded but probably in 7 to 10 business days. I don’t loan out money like that hopefully they resolve this issue for me I am not happy. Good food and service when actual open tho

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza but when I came to pick it up they did not have any stuffed crust left so they gave me a regular crust pizza. They should have called me back to let me know ahead of time or offered a refund. Additionally the pepperoni was raw.

This store has great pizzas and kind stuff. The only problem we have with the pizza is it contains too much tomato sauce and the pizza becomes sour a bit

Good service I really like the food. The food is really tasty. It was really yummy. The time was as expected like 15 minutes, but it came in 20 minutes so it was OK for me and I appreciate the help. They gave me the well spoken experience and I really liked Raman's way of handling customers. She was really nice to me and she helped me out with my food and she brought the order so yeah I just thank you Raman if you can see this and thank you for the good service you do hear at the mountain Mike's in Mountain view overall it's really good.

Edit...i returned for another pizza and it has taken 35 mins to get my pizza so far when they told me 15 mins. Did they forget about me? After returning a second time, the service is just horrible and i will not be returning after tonight. It feels like i was lied to about the time it would take. The place was practically empty and i only saw a few orders go out over the 35 plus minute aait i am forced to sit here for..... Old review..... I came in and the place was empty, it was 4pm in a Saturday. It took about 4 mins for someone in the back to come out so i could pay for my order. I ordered over the phone. It was $2 more then the online price. The pizza itself was very good. Thin crust was not limp, garlic sauce was tasty and the toppings were not skimpy Draft beer and a lunch buffet are available and this location stays open until 3am every day for your late night munchies. Decent spot, will go again....
